Domestic Instructors Benefits
The Domestic Instructor will have the opportunity to choose a destination of his/her choice and promote that destination to friends, colleagues, and family.

The tour company will provide each domestic instructor a FREE land package and a FREE roundtrip airfare tickets with a minimum of sixteen-twenty (depending upon the terms of the tour company) paid participants. Domestic Instructor is responsible for any and all taxes, government fees, and insurance.

Each domestic instructor will also receive a $(___) teaching stipend for conducting the two pre-trip seminars.

In addition to the paid trip, and (optional) teaching stipend, the Domestic Instructor is given the opportunity to travel abroad; where he/she will learn about a new culture first hand and broaden their horizons.

The Domestic Instructor may team up with another Domestic Instructor, or choose to earn two "frees" and take his/her spouse or other family member along, also as a "free", only paying taxes, government fees, and insurance.

Domestic Instructor Requirements
For a quick overview and review, the job of the Domestic Instructor is purely administrative; a Domestic Instructor is not in charge of or responsible for anything that happens on the tour. That is entirely the legal and professional responsibility of the Tour Company and their Tour Director.

The Domestic Instructor and [SCHOOL NAME] are responsible the following:

1. Advertising, recruiting and registering student participants for an eight-hour credit CE course (or .4 if participant elects) which offers pre-trip seminars or workshops preparing participants for their experience;

2. Directing participants to the website where they will register and remit the down payment and future payments to the Dynamic Journeys Inc

3. Completion of all Pre-trip Forms required by the college and forwarding these to CE

4. Facilitate the distribution of trip documents (air tickets, vouchers, bags, portfolios) to those living in Houston. Dynamic Journeys Inc will distribute to those living outside of Houston

5. Teaching a 2 hour CEE class during document distribution on trip safety, culture of the area, customs, packing, and other relevant information

6. Commitment to travel with the group regardless of whether or not the free trip is earned

7. Making sure that the CE department issues a certification of completion document to each participant
Domestic Instructor Qualifications
The school needs to set the qualifications for a Domestic Instructor. however, we have added a suggested outline.

1. Be a faculty member at one of the [SCHOOL DISTRICT NAME] or other area schools. This can include full-time, part-time, ‘Academic-Vocational/Technology’ or ‘Continuing Education’ faculty members. However, this does not mean that they presently are part-time Continuing Education faculty members, but that to participate, they would formally have to become a [SCHOOL NAME] Continuing Education faculty member.

2. Be approved by the program supervisor.

3. Have previous International travel experience. Of course, it is preferable that they had this experience with/or involving groups but it is not necessary. What is important is that this individual or individuals can work with a group and that they are familiar with enough people to sign up a group.

4. Have a minimum of a college degree.

5. Purchase the Wonder of the World book, SBN #0-7607-2701-5, published by Barnes and Nobles, New York, 2002. Writers Rosemary Burton and Richard Cavendish, copy editor is Janet Tabinski.

6. Additional items that may need to be provided:
